Last updated: 14 August 2026

Introduction

At Crownbot, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name and contact information
  • Company details and job title
  • Communication preferences
  • Information you provide when requesting consultations

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Communicate with you about our services
  • Respond to your enquiries and support requests
  • Send you marketing communications (with your consent)

We measure how many people visit this site and which pages they read, using a cookieless service that stores nothing on your device, assigns you no identifier and retains no personal data. We do not use advertising or retargeting services, and we do not profile yourbrowsing. See our Cookie Policy.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the services on this site:

  • Calendly (United States): when you book a strategy call, Calendly receives your name, email address, and anything you write in the booking notes, in order to schedule the meeting. Transfers outside the UK rely on standard contractual clauses.
  • Our automation platform (n8n): if you request a call through the website chat, the name, email address, company, topic and preferred time you give are sent to our own workflow system so we can follow up. Chat messages are not used to train any AI model.
  • Vercel and Supabase: hosting and content storage for this website.
  • Plausible Analytics (EU): counts page views. It stores nothing on your device and retains nothing identifying, so there is no record of you here to access, correct or delete.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
