The terms
- The price is fixed before we start
- We absorb our own estimation errors, not you.
- Half up front, half when it works
- Half our fee is at risk until the thing actually runs.
- The fee comes off the build
- In full, on any build commissioned within 30 days. If the audit says automating would not pay for itself, it will say that — and you will have the numbers to prove it to anyone who asks.
